RETURNS POLICY

1. If there is a problem with the product, you may return your order within 3 days after the goods have been received, but you will be liable for the initial delivery cost. You will also be responsible for returning the products to us at your own cost.

2. We must be notified of damaged or faulty products within 3 working days of receipt. We may require the faulty products to be returned to us.

3. If the products are returned for other reasons, they must arrive back to us unopened and undamaged.

4. On the rare occasion where the products delivered are different from those ordered, we must be informed of this within 3 working days of receipt so appropriate corrections can be made.

5. If you intend to return your order please send an e-mail to us with your explanation.

6. All credits will be issued within 14 days if we have to give you a refund

7. Delivery charges are not refundable. Also the customer will need to pay any charges to return the products.
